picture tag

Ok, you are suppose to open the sixth picture folder and choose the sixth picture and tell the story behind the picture. I have to be honest this is not the sixth picture because it was not very clear but it was a picture of the same thing. Here is the story. This is a picture of Clint when he was having an allergic reaction to Amoxcycilin (spelling?) His hands, feet, legs, arms, and face were all swollen and he had hives all over his body. We had to take him to the emergency room and he got 2 epinepheron shots and 2 steroid shots before the sweeling and redness started going away. Poor guy, he was up all night just misserable. If you look closely at the lip it almost looks like Bubba on Forest Gump. On that note, anyone who wants to do this tag can.

husband tag

I saw this tag and thought it was a neat idea.

1. Where did you meet your husband?
Bagdad, AZ (he tracked me down at the elementary school to ask me out on a date)
2. How long did you date before you got married?
About 3 months
3. How long have you been married?
6 years
4. What does he do that surprises you?
Sometimes just out of the blue when he goes to the store he will bring a flower.
5. What is your favorite feature of his?
Physically - his dimples when he smiles

His thoughtfulness. He tries to think of others feelings.
7. Does he have a nickname for you?
He calls me "honey"
8. What is his favorite food?
He likes pretty much everything. He really likes lasgna
9. What is his favorite sport?
I can't say that he has a favorite sport. He does not watch sports on tv very often but does not mind going to watch sports in person.

more pictures

Clint wanted a Kung Fu Panda cake for his birthday so this is how that cake turned out. Not bad for the first time making a Kung Fu Panda cake.

This is a cute picture of Clint when he was about a year old. We were in Sportsman Wearhouse and put this hat on to see what he looked like. Boy how they grow up fast.
Clint is showing Grandma Sipes how to play his new guitar.

Happy Birthday

Clint got a new guitar. It is so funny to watch him play it because he really gets into it.

He loves Kung Fu Panda and his Aunt Barbara got him some window decals.

He also got a Kung Fu Panda book from his Aunt Linda, Uncle Brandyn and cousin Cheynne.

My mom opening her birthday present.

First of all I would like to tell my mom "Happy Birthday" Her birthday was on the 14th. I am so glad that I have the mother I do. She does so much for me and I love her.

We celebrated Clint's birthday today. I cannot believe that he will be 4-years old on Monday. I remember when he was born. He did not want to come out. I had to have a c-section and the doctor had to use the vacuum and the forcepts to get him out. He has grown so much and in two years he will be going to Kindergarten. Boy how time flies. I love this little guy and feel so blessed that I have him in my life. I can't help but smile when I look at him. Here are some pictures of his birthday party.

Yuck, yuck, yuck

To all those who have had the stomach flu I feel for you. Douglas woke up Friday morning with the stomach flu. After a full day of cleaning up messes, doing laundry, and changing from one set of pjs to another we all went to bed. Then sometime around 11:00pm Tyrone woke up with an upset stomach and was up pretty much all night. To top things off I woke up at 4:00am and was not feeling good. All day everyone has just been laying around and running to the bathroom. Then to top things off just a few minutes ago Clint started. Hopefully it will not last too long.

Douglas is already feeling better (of course). He want cake and ice cream to eat and does not want to sit still. Both Tyrone and I are starting to feel a little better. Still can't move very fast without feeling sick but that is making progress. So to all you other bloggers I hope no one else gets this stomach flu.
